Support help me, no email answer!!!

Hello,

I've sent an email regarding an issue that I can't link my main PSN account with steam to have cross progression, due to an old POE 1 account that I haven't used for many years.



I simply need you guys to unlink this account sending this message. Why isn't this option available for us? I'm about to get a refund on steam because of this, because I saw many complaints on the web about the same issue and everyone seems to get no help at all.

Why don’t you guys enable this option so that we can do it by ourselves? The support team saves time and also the customer, due to many requests with a problem so trivial….
