POE 2 Help with Lightning Arrow Build

Can someone please look at my build and give some tips on what to do to improve? My DPS is not what it should be and I die way too often. My friends ranger is 20 levels before but seems to be much stronger. Trying to follow the Fubgun build. Not sure if the issue is equipment, play style or build. Thanks in advance!
