Breach Stopped Time/Locked Movement, Map Locked and restart required

Had cleared/completed a Woodlands map and saved breach for the end.

Engaged the breach and after 3-5 seconds the screen locked although animations such as fire continued to move.

Waited ~2minutes before alt+f4 and re-opening the game.

Upon re-opening the game it said the map had been attempted but not completed.

Also I lost some experience, but not the large amount I would have expected from a death. Perhaps it rolled back my experience prior to the map?

Derp, this was supposed to be for PoE2. Please delete/disregard/re-assign if possible.
