Is wand granted skill able to unlock 5th support socket?

Currently using ilv84 wand which gave me lv19 skill on it, but still had only 4 support sockets. Form the data base, I noticed that lv20 skill from wand should reach ilv90, it's not available now in the game. I don't even know if it would give me 5th socket. So is there any information about it?

You have to use a perfect jewelers orb (if I'm understanding your question correctly.)

For now, you can't get 5 sockets (6l) for skills granted by items.
