Linking Xbox and PC accounts

Is it possible to play PoE 2 on Xbox and PC under the same account?

I just went through this. If you have the game on both PC & xbox, you can play either account on either machine. They are separate character lists.+, stash etc.

However, you can switch sub-account on the character select screen and play your xbox characters on PC and vice-versa. Personally, I mad one PC character and never touched it again. i use PC to trade etc for my xbox characters then go back to xbox.

For this to work, you must link your xbox and microsoft accounts (at least I did) to POE here on your account management page.

A VPN will eff up linking MS, so disconnect it until you're done.

instead of opening a new threead ill use this one, im having this issue today and it keeps showing this message,

You cannot add this login method to this account
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.

does any know how to fix this
