Overpowered rares

Some of the rare monsters in this game are a complete fucking joke. With like 5 modifiers, there's no way you game tested this shit it's actually unreal. One rare with siphoning mana and lightning damage with proximal tangibility, regenerates life, magma barrier and hasted who doesn't stop chasing you down. Can literally just walk through my frost walls, stuns me on hit. It's literally harder than a boss because it's actually impossible to kill. Fix your game!!!!!!!!

They said in the interview that endgame didn't receive the same amount of testing as campaign. Balance changes will come. It's EA.

Honestly, the only mods that are nonsense are Proximal Tangibility, Periodic Invulnerability and Minion Revival.

Minion Revival works from like 2 screens away, which is way too far. The Rare should be on the screen for that mod to have any effect so you can actually know which Rare you need to target.

Periodic Invulnerability pulses to fast for what it does and also works from too far away.
Having a wall of mobs, that are invulnerable every second, is already bad enough. But it also doesn't need to have half a screen of range.

And Proximal Tangibility falls into the same category as Periodic Invulnerability but in reverse. You need to get too close for your damage to actually be able to take effect.

Today I met duplicated rare which periodicaly helaed each other for more than 50% of their life about every 4 sec. Despite having no problem so far I was unable to kill them.

Yes, both of those affixes are cancer.

I've died a couple of times because of invulnerable minions gang-banging me. By the time you realize there's a rare nearby, you're dead in a juiced map (breach, delirium, shit map suffixes).
