Nerf to Pathfinder Conc. Builds Unwarranted
Got to say this is a whine. But the change to bow damage no longer being applied to Conc. abilites seems like its about wording and not about damage. Pathfinders have been nerfed/ fixed (whatever you want to call it), multiple times related to poisons and vines. Now another build which I have gone into is being nerfed. For me with present gear its about a 40% damage nerf. From a peak 186k down to 122k. Why? The damage isn't all that great, not when its mostly in a cone in front of you and it drains your flask not your mana pool.
Oh, and I got to say, giving Pathfinders an Ascendancy (conc) that doesn't use our "primary" weapon is a bit lame. Conceptually its neat, but its a bit like giving an assassin a two-handed great sword. Last edited by hammarus#7487 on Jan 16, 2025, 8:45:49 AM Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 9:01:11 AM

I'm surprised that this skill can be used with a bow and quiver in hand, although it is considered an unarmed attack, it has no bow tag on it so they just fixed a bug

" That's just it, its not a bug. You could easily change the wording and then would it be fine? Especially when other abilities on bows/quivers are applied. AKA, projectile skills. Am I butt hurt? Yes. Because the change makes little sense outside of the wording. Last edited by hammarus#7487 on Jan 16, 2025, 8:52:24 AM

it's a bug fix and conc skills are still extremely overpowered " this is an UPSIDE "buff grenades" - Buff Grenades (Buff-Grenades) Last edited by auspexa#1404 on Jan 16, 2025, 9:01:47 AM
