Dead from gear action

On the map Augury, after you touch a gear you cant do anything to avoid damage, only observe how your hp lowered from mobs - you dead!

Dont touch it before clearing location - if it accidentally happened, miss clicked?

Hopefully these 2 changes help with that after the patch goes live.

- Burning Ground can no longer spawn underneath interactables, such as levers.

- You can now pick up items and interact with some objects while performing other actions.

first of all, you can always press escape and log out. you'll be able to re-enter the map after logging back in. your portals will stay. second, after the patch you should be able to dodge-roll out of the lever animation
