Some white trash mobs OP

There are some white trash mobs that for some reason, do delayed damage. Almost as if POE is having to calculate the damage and then applies it all at once. This causes some white mobs to instant kill you with more damage than some bosses. when also hit by the skill/spell the damage also doesn't appear right away. these mobs need to be reviewed and fixed, I can understand if it was an RNG mob. but a white trash mob. something might be up? maybe connection?
