This is how I avoid crashed after Window 24H2 update

After updating to Windows 24H2 on 16th December 2024, my game kept crashing. I’m using an AMD processor and GPU.

Here’s what I did to fix it:
Drop the graphics settings in-game.
Tweak GPU settings – Use something like AMD Adrenalin or the NVIDIA Control Panel to limit the framerate and override app settings.
Adjust CPU power and cores – Dial down the CPU power and reduce how many cores are running the game.

24H2 has known issues, you could just roll back to 23H2.
I personally am holding off on the 24H2 update until M!crosoft gets their shot together.
