monster and texture load times

Seems like every day i start the game I have to die few times to some invisible monster because map is loading so slowly. Even if I start breach sometimes I cant even see monsters just auras around them its so annoying same thing goes for textures as well in some maps square of grass missing or bridge eventually it comes up with -10% exp
