Game says No Early Access

Good Morning,
unfortunately right now I was trying to start the game, but a popup says " Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now." But I have got one, I even additionally bought the "Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack" and have played 230 hours. A gifted key, but luckily the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack also includes Early Access, so that can't be an excuse.
I am pretty mad right now, only in the ingame shop I have spent 85 USD ... |
