Soul core "Convert 20% of requirements to strengh" does nothing on boots

Hello,

To dual wield with my warrior, I need to use Soul Core of Athmohua.

When I socket it on my gloves it works, but not on my boots. When I equip the boots, my strength stat doesn't increase, even though the boots have an 88 STR requirement.

Why would your strength stat increase? I think you are fundamentally misunderstanding what the soul core does.
If you have a boots requiring 100 INT if you put it in this soul core it will require 80 INT 20 STR instead just affecting those boots.

I'm sorry but then this wording is just absolutely dogshit. It states "converts 20% of requirements to Strength", not "convert to Strength REQUIREMENTS". Ofc everyone reading this assumes that it increases your Strength stat by 20% of the required Strength. Change wording asap pls, absolutely misleading!
