No account switch on the website?

I’m playing on PS5 and I can’t switch my account on the POE website.

Only my old characters from POE 1 are listed. (Steam)

You should be able to check if you have a PlayStation ID connected to your account on your Manage account page. This page will also show you if you have multiple Path of Exile sub-accounts under the heading 'Accounts'. If you only have one account listed there you will not need to use the 'switch account' feature as that is solely for players that have multiple Path of Exile accounts connected together.

Please note, in Early Access currently Path of Exile 2 characters cannot be viewed under the Character tab of your account, you should be able to see your Path of Exile 2 characters in the Rename character page. If your characters are there, you are logged into the correct account.

I have done a quick search of your account on Path of Exile 2 on standard and it seems that you have multiple items for sale - https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Standard/jmQR00WtX.

If you are having issues with item filters, can you please test this by following one of the most popular item filters on the Popular Item Filters list? Please ensure that you have switched to 'PoE2' in the drop down. You should then be able to select that item filter in-game under Options > Game > Item Filter. Please note that it does take a second or two to load the item filters. Please also ensure that you have logged into your account in-game first before going to options.

With regards to trading, can you please ensure that you are using the Path of Exile 2 trade website and are using the appropriate drop down for the league that you are in?

I'm afraid that the Path of Exile 2 Early Access is unable to see your early access eligibility for console, this page can only see your PC eligibility, if you are able to download the game on your console and log in, you have access.

I am using my account that is linked with POE1. I'm not sure if that is the problem. If it is, then I have no known way to fix it besides paying for a new account that is only associated with POE2.

To clarify, a Path of Exile account isn't separated between Path of Exile 1 and 2, you can play both games on the same account. If you are having issues with the trade website can you please ensure that you are using the Path of Exile 2 trade website linked above and you are searching using the appropriate league you are currently playing in?

Aside from the trade and item filter solutions above, can you also please ensure that you have switched to the same account as the one you are playing on in game? You should be able to view the account you are on in the character selection screen in-game.
