No account switch on the website?
Hey guys,
I have the following issue: I’m playing on PS5 and I can’t switch my account on the POE website. (PS and POE are linked) Only my old characters from POE 1 are listed. (Steam) As a result, I still can’t sell items, which is really annoying and limits my progress a lot. The same issue applies to the attached item filter, which will be available this Friday. How am I supposed to subscribe to it if the POE website doesn’t register me as a PS5 player and keeps suggesting to buy the POE EA version? Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 9:22:47 AM

I have the same problem, not trading as I play solo 100% all the time, but I want the lootfilter to work then patch drops but this doesn't even seem to be on GGG's radar at all. Despite many posting about it since 6th Dec '24..

I'm having the same problem. I bought the Founder's Pack on PS5 and it's listed on this site as being purchased. However, when I click on PoE2 it says I don't have access to it.

I'm having the same problem only on the Xbox platform. I can play with xbox users who have not played/made account on POE1.
I am using my account that is linked with POE1. I'm not sure if that is the problem. If it is, then I have no known way to fix it besides paying for a new account that is only associated with POE2. |
