Stuck on loading screen :(

Hi!

Been playing path of exile for a bit and I absolutely love the game. The only issue I have is that the game randomly stops for a moment and it goes on for 3-5 minutes so I had to close the game. However when I try to restart the game, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the gears. I've tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the game on steam, try to run the game using vulkan, DX11, and DX12, but it only worked for a while and started getting stuck again.

Is there any fix that you would recommend? Here are my PC's specs if that's going to help:

Windows 11
Graphics Card: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
RAM: 16GB
