Ask payment support and write email but no one reply!!!!!!!!!

Dear support team,

I know this is not the right place to report, however email to support@grindinggear.com no one reply even I send a lot reminder emails, how's things going on like this? I paid a lot and log in a mistake steam accout, that lead my money drop into the ocean, I am asking your help even no I need someone let me how to correct this.

I hope someone can help anyway

Yes I made a foolish mistake, when I log in your website, it auto log in my another steam account, then I buy two items and purchase, when I come back to game suddenly I found nothing there then I realize this is a mistake.

My wrong account was this one Bishopzbl#1919, and my correct account SpadeACE#8746. in that account I have POE2 this game and roles. I hope you can move all the items I bought from this account to that one, really appreciate because this account I will not play POE2 on it.

I have to say sorry again for this kind of stupid thing to bother you, but you know after long time play things happened.... This is a lot of money I can't drop them.
