I recently bought Acid Weapon Effect for 55 coins and Project Wings for 320 coins. but when I try to equip them in game it says "This microtransaction is not supported in this game version." I was thinking that the cosmetic is only available on poe1 (but i did not play poe1 that's why I did not know at first because I saw some players wearing cool cosmetic that's why I bought some too) Can I get a refund on this and just buy different cosmetic? Thank you! As per our F.A.Q states: " Will my Path of Exile 1 microtransactions work in Early Access? Yes, but not all microtransactions are available to use yet. Many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available, but due to a massive amount of microtransactions in Path of Exile 1, we’re still in the process of adding them all to Path of Exile 2, so many of them will be marked as ‘unavailable’ in your cosmetics tab. During Early Access we will be working through the backlog and making them all available. If you would like to request a microtransaction refund we would be happy to look into this for you, please send an email to support@grindinggear.com which includes your Path of Exile account name (with the discriminator) and the names of the microtransactions you wish to refund. Any updates on this one? should I create a post again? I got an email by Rajiv last YEAR January 16, saying "If you would like the effect refunded at this stage, please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters and we will be happy to see what we can do."
