Change email on my account / No response from support

I have lost access to my old email that was used to register the account, and now I can't change it :(

I have access to account (I remember both the email and password), and have all my legit secondary logins tied to the account.
I have contacted the support, provided all the proof they asked and didn't receive a reply since 23/12/2024


Will they get back to me after they resolve other support tickets, or should I raise the new one?
