Later this week means somewhere between the date this phrase was said and EOD Sunday. Hope this helps!

gotta wait for the next announcement that says patch notes are up soon then another announcement for patch notes then finally an announcement for when its being deployed. Meantime maybe the guy works on predictive mode comes from holiday
