Game froze, and then account rolled back

Hi,

I was a Breach event in a map when all of a sudden the whole screen froze. The particle effects (Shock, Fire and etc.) were still animated, so it looked quite odd. All monsters stopped moving and I cannot do anything with my own character.

"Exiting to Character select" wasn't doing anything, the only thing that did something was "Exiting to Log in Screen". After logging back in, My inventory is empty. All the loot I accumulated from that run (including 1 divine orb) disappeared! I also noticed that my Experience dropped back about 5% (from 86% to 81%). It seemed like my account was rolled back for some reason after that incident.
