Hi! I am getting completely ghosted by support for a month! Please advise!

Please advise! Thank you! I have email threads and can provide proof, I was trying to buy a supporter pack last month.

I am very upset because all I've been trying to do is set up a payment plan for the previous supporter pack before it ends and after getting one reply I did not get any further responses. I would really like to buy the last tier of the previous core supporter packs.
I was speaking to Tai. I would like to continue speaking to Tai to finish my payment plan thank you.
the lack of respect is just horrible this is sad to hear op

It's almost been two months will it still be possible to get the sandwraith pack or not? I did message about this last year before your support stopped responding after asking for my payment method.
