Terrible customer service
My mailbox has been 1 day to receive the verification email,As a result, I haven't been able to log in to the game.,Your customer service staff is too inefficient.,I don't reply to the letter on the site.,I didn't reply to the email.,The game experience is really rotten.。 Are you going to go on like this?

Ive also received no service on my ticket since launch. The coins dont appear for me but your situation is even qorse. No idea how this is acceptable consumer practice.
