Lag spikes Win MTR included.

While this is for PoE 2 I'll assume it won't matter and that the problem would affect both games. Suffering from intermittent small lag spikes today both while connecting to London and Frankfurt. From Win MTR it looks like PL issues halfway down the route but you know better than me when it comes to that. If you can nudge whom ever is responsible to sort the issue it would be very helpful.
