Can the support team reply to my private message?I cannot log in to my game for two days.This makes me very anxious.
It was my first time playing Path Of Exile series, so I didn't know how to get more inventory pages in game.I found a merchant on a trading website and purchased 300 points.Yesterday, my account was blocked.Unable to log in to the game and official website.And I also sent an email to the support team yesterday.But I haven't received any response. I have truly invested my time and experience into it.I love this game so much.My friend said I might have bought illegal points.So please help restore my account so that I can purchase points again on the official website and have my account unblocked. " It sounds like you engaged in RMT (real money transactions) and got banned. I could be wrong but that's what it sounds like from your post. This is against the TOS (terms of service) unless you're elon musk. |
