"Split the Earth" and "Mace Aftershock chance" passives not working?

Hi,

On my Warrior/Titan, Stampede tooltip says it has 50% chance for aftershocks while it should be 72% chance with there passives and gem quality:

All chances for aftershocks:
Split the Earth - 10% (passive notable)
Mace Aftershock chance - 12% (small passive, +50% to small passives ascendancy notable)
Earthbreaker - 20% (Ascendancy notable)
20% quality on the Gem - 30%

=72% chance (while tooltip says 50% and it feels like 50%)

As it says a round 50% not 52% I'm guessing the non-ascend passives are not taken into account.

So at the least the tooltip is not showing correct chance.
