If not MTX pls Transfer Skin

Transfer skin is a very ez to add feature atm, because all of the items that u will use it on are already made, its not like the textures have to be remade for poe2 from poe1 like for mtxs.

Please GGG if possible add it with the upcoming patch. TYVM
