Full system Frezze

I've been getting 80% system freezes since I started playing the game. and it's starting to get extremely annoying because the error I also had 4 weeks ago had over 200 pages of complaints. Now I'm wondering when the developers will finally fix this problem or how I can get my money back because the game is unplayable!!
