help from community with optimizing please!

hey guys, Im a noob in poe this is my first character that I made it to maps with. I found I really enjoyed cobra lash so I made it to end game on my own, now I have started trying to follow a build from one of the top dps players in settlers league because I fell off hard around T8! I realize I dont have any of the jewel sockets he has or uniques (except the boots I just bought for the only 2 divines I've found.) This is his build https://poe.ninja/pob/6efbd

I chose him because he runs dual claws which is what I have been doing since I started! I realize most people go trickster and dagger / shield. His ascendancy and duel claws matched mine, so thats the reason!

Really hoping for any feedback and insights the more pro and long term players have for me to optimize my build to get stronger in any way. Recommendations of what to do in-game to achieve that would be extremely appreciated. Thank you to anyone who has any insights for me!! I don't know how to get my last two ascendancy points either.
