Account Data Loss
I recently purchased Early Access to Path of Exile 2. I have played Path of Exile for many years, and had a bunch of purchases and achievements on the first game. I launched the game on Steam and it asked to link my Steam account, which seemed weird, but whatever. I went ahead and linked with my steam account and proceeded to play without issue. It has come to my attention that some of my purchases from the first game (stash tabs, etc.) were supposed to transfer into PoE2. They did not. Furthermore, upon logging into PoE 1 to check on things, I have found my account wiped. Not hacked, WIPED. No characters, no purchased stash tabs, no unlocked cosmetics, nothing. I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com but it's been a week and a half and I never received so much as an automated email back. Is there another email I should send this to? Do I need to just send an email every day until they get back to me? Halp.

I received a response from your support team asking for some details about the account which I assumed might be used to track down what went wrong. That was on Jan 16th. I responded with the requested info and have since sent multiple emails asking for updates and have heard nothing from support. It's now been about a month since that initial response, and a month and a half since I originally emailed support. Sure feels like my ticket has been abandoned. I understand delays from having a lot of tickets, but c'mon. A month and a half?
