LVL 61 SORCERESS FREEZE BUILD ISSUE

Greetings,

I am playing as a sorceress (stormweaver) a few nights ago I was doing great I was freezing everything, using cast on freeze with Cold snap. I made no changes to build, passives. Now all of a sudden, I can't freeze anything. This includes going back to Reg act 1,2,3 and cruel acts 1,2. No bosses, mobs, nothing. I am not even getting a freeze status on bosses. I first noticed when I was not creating energy using my frost bolts, frostwalls or frost bomb.

Did I miss something with a patch or any idea would be helpful. I am really enjoying my sorceress and have already rebuilt her to the frost build. I really do not want to switch focus and go back to arc or fire.
