Couch Coop Endgame - Game does not work

Hello,

Finally reached the endgame with my husband. I was super excited to progress to the next stage. Disappointed to find out it is not working with the couch coop.

We tried lots of suggestions in the various forms but none worked.

The one, and only one time we were able to get into an atlas map was with the following steps:

1. I logged in alone
2. I went to the map device and it presented the atlas map
3. I selected an area on the map
4. I present a waypoint token
5. I logged out to the player selection
6. My husband joined
7. We went into one of the portals
8. We played through the map killing the boss
9. We executed to transport back to the refuge

At this point the game crashed, again.

My PlayStation account started have lots of issues being logged in which I attributed to POE 2 issue. Completely shutting down PS5, not rest mode or restart, would resolve the issue of my PS5 account.

This is truly disappointing to complete the 6 acts play through, to reach the best part and we, in couch coop, can't play the game anymore because of game crashing for endgame.

Please fix this issue sooner rather than later.
