Merging subaccounts, supporter pack in other, character in another.
Hi, I already mailed couple weeks ago but there is still no response.
When I initially setting up noticed I had another account (from older PoE I guess? I don't remember playing it but I may be tried it) but all of it looked a bit confusing at first so I linked two accounts. Then created my character. Now when I check the web site the one I have pack is another account, but my charaacter is on the other one. SubAccount2 has the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack SubAccount1 has my character. Can you please move the supporter pack from SubAccount2 to account that has my character > SubAccount1. And please delete the old account SubAccount2 since it really makes things confusing and I cant use my supporter pack now. Also makes me hesitate to make any more purchases from now on. But I'd suggest at least make an automated response as in "We got your mail, please wait while we work on it" etc. |

Same boat here, still waiting for a solution since DECEMBER 7TH when I sent the first e-mail.

Still I kinda trusted since people saying they are reputable due to first game. This shouldn't event be an issue in my opinion. We should be asked to which account we can claim the pack OR make the points and pack stuff global across subaccounts if they are on same platform (cuz I heard some stuff about PS). That really doesn't look good on their end. Kinda felt betrayed |

They finally reached out at 20 Jan 2025 by confirming my accounts with 4-digit discriminator (Which I already had in the original mail) and the names of my characters.
I immediately replied with the asked information. Still waiting response, will update. |
