PS5 Character, no Item Filter assignable

I’m currently playing POE 2 on my PS5 and have connected my PS5 account to your website (www.pathofexile.com). The character I’m playing is a level 87 Sorceress in the Standard League. However, when I log in to your website, my account shows a character from POE 1, which I played years ago. The option to switch characters does not display my POE 2 character. Despite this, I can see my POE 2 character's name under “My Account >> Overview.” There’s a pin icon next to the name, but when I click it, I get an error popup saying, “There was an error adding this pin.”

Additionally, I’ve created two characters in POE 2, but only one appears on your website.

Why this is frustrating: I can’t assign an item filter to my character. I’m not sure if selecting the character first is required, but since I can’t do that anyway, I’m stuck. I went to the POE 2 Item Filters section and followed a filter (NeverSink-2semistr-PoE2). I even created my own filter, a copy of an existing filter. However, when refreshing filters in-game on my PS5, only “Standard” appears. This happens both at the character selection screen and while playing the character.

Other aspects of the account connection seem fine. For example, I can see that I have 5 points available for purchasing in-game stash tabs, and I can use the trade search feature for POE 2. Direct whispers from the trade search show up in-game on my PS5 while I’m playing. But for some reason, assigning an item filter simply doesn’t work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

what's in the last patch video? I watched it... speed watched it yesterday. That's why i tried to apply a filter.
