Latency Issues and Ping Spikes During Evening Hours

Dear Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

I am experiencing significant latency issues while playing Path of Exile 2 during the evening hours, specifically between 18:00 and 23:00. My ping fluctuates drastically, ranging from 70ms to 250ms, which causes noticeable stuttering and gameplay interruptions.

I have already tested multiple European gateways (London, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, etc.), but the issue persists across all of them. Additionally, I have tested my network ping in other games during the same timeframe, and my connection remains stable with a consistent 50ms ping, so the issue seems isolated to Path of Exile.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue and help identify a potential solution? I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving these latency problems.
