Cooper Citadel- fight with jamanra

So i finally Found a cooper citadel, i killed Jamanra but died literally second Apart from killing him, so i couldnt get ant loot from the boss, however citadel is Complete and quest dissapiered. Will i miss something? What now?

There is a bug right now that makes it so the corpses explode after the boss died. GGG has acknowledged this and is fixing this in the next patch (this week).

For your question about what you need to do now; nothing is missed, nothing is bricked. Citadels can spawn infinitely so you just need to keep mapping till you find another Copper Citadel. The quest doesn't matter as it is only a guideline and not a checkpoint.
