Cannot access PoE2 characters

Hello,

I cannot access my PoE 2 characters from my account.

When I go to pathofexile2.com and click 'My Account' it sends me back to pathofexile.com website, where I can only see my PoE 1 characters.

If this is an issue because both my PoE 1 and PoE 2 accounts are linked to the same account, could you please unlink my PoE 1, as I don't play it anymore.

Otherwise, could you tell me how to access my PoE 2 characters ?

i have a similar issue where after linking the accounts i can access my pc characters on ps5
but i cannot access the ps5 characters on pc

is there a fix for this?
