Ruthless: Are these recipes disabled?

I'm late to the party, obviously, but are chaos- and regal orb recipes disabled in ruthless?
I've looked here:
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Vendor_recipe_(Ruthless)#Multiple_Rare_Items
and do not see that these recipes are disabled, but they are also not listed.
I've turned in a full set of items and don't get a regal offered, so I assume they have been disabled, but just double-checking that I am not screwing something up first before I otherwise toss out my hard-found junk.
