Hello,

I encountered an issue where I tried to upgrade my Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack to the Lord Ogham tier. On the website, I clicked on the "Upgrade" button on the page with all available upgrades and made the payment through Xsolla via QR code.

Due to my oversight, mistake, or for some unknown reason, I ended up receiving an additional Early Access Supporter Pack instead of the upgrade I wanted.

As you can see, this is not what I intended to get. I have contacted support via email, but I haven’t received a response since the 6th jan.

Could you please advise on possible solutions to this problem? Has anyone encountered something similar? Where else can I contact support to at least get a response and find out if official support can assist me with this issue?

Xsolla advised me to reach out to Path of Exile support.
