Lost access to POE2 early access???
Hello!
I bought the game on 27th December 2024, and have been playing since without any kind of problems (I literally played last night) and have +132 hours played and several characters. Today, when I try to log in, i get the message "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now" What's the reason of this??? Do I have to buy the game for a second time??? Thanks. Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 11:35:35 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |
Thank you, already solved the situation, got a refund and it worked as a lesson to not buy anymore from third party shops, and instead buy games from the official page, even if it's a few bucks more expensive.

I have the same issue as you did, care to elaborate what you did to receive your refund? Was at the website where you bought the key? If so did it take to long for them to refund the key? I have exactly the same problem; I filed a complaint at the store where I purchased the key.
