i crash a little more than every other loading screen. I am not reverting to older version of windows for 1 program. This would conflict with my workspace and production software. This is the only game in my library of 300 that does this. Come on GGG.... this should be a priority. If I set the affinity with fewer CPU cores, the issue is lessened, but this is not a solution. The problem should be with the Task scheduler or something that controls the usage of the CPU cores. The games poor optimization bricks out the CPU at 100%+ CPU usage leaving zero room for computing or OS/framework to function. This results in having to manually hardboot your PC risking damage. Rig: 4090 gen14 intel 32gb i play star citizen at 200fps. I can barely load 2 areas in poe2 Was this addressed in the stream? As stated over 100 times it will be fixed. In the meantime use PoEUncrasher which helped me and others a lot as I am on the same 24H2 boat as you.

Honestly I'm not sure why you'd be having problems but its not the latest windows update because I'm playing it just fine.
You've got a great system, just get into Nvidia control panel and scale the game down to a "regular level" and test from there. If you've got 300 games in your steam library I'm assuming you're like my brother who just has a like of care about OS/Bios/info-apps and just continues to plod on relying on the good system alone but in my long experience this just isn't the reality of PC gaming and there's always small problems to fix inside and outside of the game. I've always had PoEuncrasher up just incase but I don't think I've needed it but someone always puts in the work so others have an easy time so why is it so hard and a "PC veteran" is complaining about something as niche as a windows update. This game isn't nearly as buggy to deal with as other games like Tekken 8, just love your system better... |

Im running a 1660ti with a Ryzen 5700x..I duno if and what other resolutions are available but given my older GPU i obv run the game in 1080p. I dont wana jinx it but the game doesnt crash constantly for me, Im able to get 65-80 fps when the servers arent complete garbage, which sadly is like a 50/50 thing for me rn. Lag spikes/stutters and loading times are really good some days and horrendous other days.
They said in stream they are investigating crashes and may potentially even ask players to run a crash detector program or something, im not overly tech savy so I duno what they were referring to. Maybe look into it, it could help them pinpoint the problem faster so they can implement a fix. Also Nvidia is supposed to be releasing a driver update to fix another crashing issue and from what I understood they dont even know the cause of the issue, just the fix or something like that.
