How do I get Power charges?

I would like to use Bone Storm on my witch but have no idea how to get Power charges.
Looked at the tree and support gems but could not find anything.

Would be nice if the tool tip would explain, but unfortunately it doesn't (yet).

Use "Power Charge" in the keyword search function at the bottom of each screen , it'll help you looking around . Basically you have to use some specific skills to generate them , the Witch got a skill granting 1 power charge after consuming a corpse ( the Monk got several different ways to do it as well ) .

You mean Profane Ritual as the generator skill? It's lvl VII chaos skill
Looks like I have to wait til I get there.

A bit dissapointing as my char does physical damage.
But it's EA, hope there are more skills/supports coming...

You can also find information about interesting uniques and/or item properties that pertain to power charges on the poe 2 db. I won't link directly to the site, as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to a 3rd party website, but it's a great resource to delve into things that might be helpful for your build and gameplay.

Edit: I'm sad at how bad power siphon is in poe 2, but it's a skill on wands that might be useful. I haven't tested it much yet, but I'm hoping there's some sort of way to make it useful, haha

Well my Monk is a Power Charge build due to Flicker Strike ( level XIII ) and it's not a great idea to go too early into Charge builds as it require some investment from different aspect before you can make it work out .

The easiest & quickest way to generate Power Charge at low level right now is the Bow passive that grant Frenzy Charge when you Freeze/Electrocute ( + the Keystone that make you receive Power Charge instead of Frenzy Charge ) . I don't use that anymore though , i found a better way .
