Joking account locked

My account got locked for joking in trade chat about cash app and one of my items I got whispers but did not respond to any of them. Now my accounts locked 20 mins after I chat messaged… and I’ve messaged support and I get 0 responses I would hate for this to go on for 30 days like I’ve been reading I have no way rmt any items from my account and have no interest in doing please someone respond to my ticket it’s under [Removed by Support] my account name I know the first half but do not know the number but added a few of my character names on the account can we get this speedily taken care of I need my crack! Please send to senior customer support.
