Necromantic Talisman

Hello, I am trying to play minions a bit different than most people that I see, that being said does the keystone passive work with unique amulet modifiers? for example does choir of the storm's line "ignores lightning resistance on crit" will this modifier work with necromantic talisman and lightning skeletal mages? i understand the trigger stuff is only player but will they ignore other monster lightning resistances if their spell is a crit? any and all help is appreciated!

It depends on the exact wording of the amulet. "ignores lightning resistance on crit" does not sound like the exact wording to me. So I am hesitant to give a definitive answer.

Also, keep in mind that in PoE 2 at the current state it seems harder to get higher minion crit chance. I have not tried it myself but I have seen builds with about 30% chance to crit for minions. With some investment like crit jewels and so on. So it could be beneficial to use but amulets offer you minion skill levels which are very strong, spirit, life (which for infernalist is more spirit), resistances. You would sacrifice a lot in order to ignore enemy lightning resistances in some cases. Alternatively you could build around Doryani's Prototype. Or use lightning exposure + Conductivity to most likely bring the enemies lightning resistance to negative values. Ignored resistance is always treated as 0. |
