MTX from poe1 question

Where i can find information about transferred MTX from poe 1? Like rare cull effects, in few videos i see how people use 'Anchor Drop Rare Finisher Effect' in POE2, but this MTX not selling from poe2 shop

You should see all available cosmetics in the Cosmetics menu (default key K). There I see all the cosmetic stuff I have, even those from PoE1 (but not yet usable in PoE2).
