Customer support and the 300 dollar package

I know that they are supposedly swamped... but i purchased almost the biggest supporter pack and i can't even play the game because the voices won't work. Imagine spending over 300 dollars on something and being told to be patient for OVER A MONTH.

No. Someone needs to contact me and fix this or I'm filling a charge back and honestly anyone dealing with this should too. I can't believe you've ruined all excitement i have for this game. I've purchased numerous HUGE bundles in poe1 but sure... I'm just one person guess you don't need my thousands of dollars now.
