Fire to cold conversion

I'm currently running an ignite build on HOTG using avatar of fire and I tried to go into cold for more survivability in red maps but when I equipped blueflame and conversion didn't occur, I even test it in a low lvl area and I was still igniting the mobs increased of chilling/freezing them is this intended?!

Avatar of fire makes you deal no non-fire damage so it will ignore any cold/phys damage.
If you unspec avatar of fire, the gloves do 100% conversion to cold so you won't ignite anymore i don't think. |

" If you have any sources of "Gain" fire damage, that won't get converted so you could still ignite that way. Atchmage works similar. Even wearing the lightning to cold ring, Archmage still does lightning damage. |
