would be nice if support would respond..
ive been waiting 6 weeks for a response about my account. i understand these guys have a bunch of stuff to do, but i paid for a supporter pack and i cant get them to help me. it sucks because ive been playing 10+ years and i want to try the game but the customer service has been the worst experience ive ever had in a game. i imagine im not the only person experiencing this frustration..

i only got a meme answer on my e-mail about month ago xD thats how they treating their long time customers by spit in the face but this only healed me out of fomo and desire to spent an eurocent on this game ;) they can do whatever they want, can ban your account cause it dont belong to you i recently healed out of blizzard and riot games, now time for tencent/ggg i guess ;) Last edited by Zebedin#5037 on Jan 13, 2025, 2:58:53 PM

so the purchase info is a bit unclear, i play on console. when i bought the most recent supporter pack to get the key i purchased it on the GGG site and not on playstation site not realizing that its not possible to play on console this way. i sent an email immediately after asking if i could get a refund to repurchase the pack on playstation store. really not a big issue, but ye...no attempt by them in 6 weeks to help, which is super frustrating because i want to play but im not gonna rip up money to get again.
