Possible Bug - Missing 2 Atlas Skill Points

After completing the first 10 Waystone+1 maps for the quest, I received the book for the 2 skill points. I right clicked on it as per usual but I do not have the 2 skill points in my atlas tree.

After being logged out for a while, the book was back in my inventory -- re-right clicked and acquired the two points.

I have the same issue here... the skill tree isn't working!

Same problem.
Right clicked on book for 2 Atlas points and nothing happened. I relogged but still nothing. :/ |
