Coin Purchase through Playstation store: Coins still missing

The Coins I bought on 12/29/2024 (200 Coins) and on 01/04/2025 (200 Coins) are both still missing. I did not get any message on when I will be able to spend the coins.
This is really unsatisfying. Especially because there was a sale a few days ago and I would have loved to buy stash tabs with a little discount. Please fix it immediately! Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements. If you still aren't seeing your purchase then I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to help with over the forums so we ask that you contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name as well as the four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters so that we can look into things further with you. | |

There is another problem with the in-game shop on playstation.
The shop doesn't load up fully. Whenever I go to the "shop"-tab I can buy stash tabs and pets and all that but if I go to the "Packs"-tab or the "Points"-tab it just keeps loading and never shows me the actual offers or lets me buy anything. The network is working fine and there is no other loading issue in the game. In the beginning shortly after the release of the open beta the shop worked as it should but now something seems to have caused an issue. I am a bit hesitant regarding downloading POE1 just to see if my coins are in the store there. Since I am already waiting on a reply from the support I will not download the POE1 file for now but I will keep it in mind. Thanks for the fast reply! Best, Towly |

If you're on PS5, going to the buy points section may refresh it.
If that doesn't fix it, try the exact same method, but via the PS4 version of POE1. I feel sorry for support, seems as though upper management at GGG view PS players as a burden to bear. I can't think of a single aspect that has gone well for PlayStation players, and Support are having to deal with an entire platform's worth of issues. |
