Account locked for making fun of RMT spammer, lasting longer than chat message said that it would.

My account ([Removed by Support]) got chat banned immediately (it said 24 hours) and then I was kicked to login and unable to play any more. It's been longer than 24 hours. I had to create a new account to even be able to use these forums. Support email is unresponsive and I received no communication regarding the reasoning for the ban. I won't be purchasing a second license to play this game, however I would appreciate being able to play the one I already purchased.
